Your information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Company collects through FluentApp, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

Effective and last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to fluentapp.us and related pages, forms, and website-review services operated by Company under the FluentApp name (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to a customer’s own website or to third-party services that have their own privacy policies.

CommunicationsEmails and other messages exchanged with Company, including receipt and follow-up messages.

We do not ask for payment-card information on this website. Please do not submit passwords, government identifiers, health information, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information through our forms or voice feature.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • receive, evaluate, and respond to website-review requests;
  • transcribe an optional voice message and place the transcript into your form;
  • inspect the submitted website, prepare findings or a quote, and provide requested services;
  • send transactional messages and communicate about your request or our relationship;
  • secure the Services, prevent spam and abuse, enforce limits, diagnose errors, and maintain reliability;
  • comply with law, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend legal claims; and
  • improve our workflows and Services using appropriately limited information.

We may use deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you for analysis and service improvement.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers. Amazon Web Services provides hosting, storage, email delivery, and voice transcription; Cloudflare provides the Turnstile security check. These providers process information for the services they provide to us.
  • Professional advisers and contractors. People who support Company and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety recipients. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services.
  • Business transaction recipients. A buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • At your direction. Other recipients when you ask or authorize us to disclose the information.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use the site for third-party targeted advertising.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files or similar browser technologies used to remember information or support a service. Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar signals to perform a security check, prevent fraud, and confirm that a request is made by a person rather than automated software.

We use Google Analytics 4 on fluentapp.us and personalized pages on space.fluentapp.us to understand page visits and how visitors use these pages. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and receive information such as page URLs, device and browser details, and approximate location. We do not use this tag to send form entries or microphone recordings to Google. Google processes analytics information as our service provider. We do not use advertising cookies for third-party targeted advertising. Where applicable law requires an opt-out or consent for analytics, we will honor that requirement.

You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent security checks or forms from working correctly.

6. Retention and security

Voice audio and Amazon Transcribe job output are designed to be deleted after the transcript is returned or after a failed job is handled. Submitted requests, transcripts included in a message, review materials, communications, and business records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, our legitimate business needs, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Backup deletion may occur on a delayed cycle.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to learn about categories of information and recipients; to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a denied request.

Submit a request to support@fluentapp.us. Describe the right you want to exercise and the email or request involved. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently no separate sale/sharing opt-out process. If that practice changes, we will provide the notices and controls required by applicable law.

8. California disclosures

For California residents, the categories collected during the preceding 12 months are described in Section 2 and may include identifiers (such as email and IP-derived data), internet or electronic activity, audio information when you use the microphone, professional or commercial context you provide, and inferences or findings produced during a website review. We collect these categories from you, your device, the submitted public website, and service providers. We use and disclose them for the business purposes and recipient categories described above.

Company does not sell or share these categories for cross-context behavioral advertising and has no actual knowledge that it sells or shares personal information of consumers under 16. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. California residents may use the request process in Section 7. California law also permits you to ask about certain disclosures for third-party direct marketing; because we do not make those disclosures, there is no list to provide.

9. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A child should not use the voice feature or submit a form. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Services, law, or our practices. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when legally required. Your continued use after an update means the revised policy applies prospectively.
